who else loves this trail? me and Jamie_K hit it up today and were very impressed. its got 3 wall rides, some jumps, step ups, a lame step down and a small step up box. i cant wait for the rest of the trail to be opened because Fantastic just sucks.

fantastic is an awsome trail i dont know what your talking about. crunk it up is fun but fantastic keeps you up on the fundamentals.

It's hard to keep your speed on Fantastic's bermless corners sometimes.

Crank it Up is so much fun! And they've added sand to the paint on the first two wallrides, so it's easy to stick to them. It'll be a good place to practice lefty wall rides, I think. It's fun!

Crank it Up's berms are still mint too...not holes or anything. There's one super sweet downhill one that's long and awesome. It dumps you into the mini-boneyard (a small hipper, three wall rides, a mini-box, and some other hits) and it's so much fun.

Woot Crank it Up!

"Crank it up" is the new Blue A-Line that people were calling mini-me. The jump sizes range from speed bumps up to #2 in the Joyride jump park. The 3 wall rides are not steep, so easy to get on if you have some speed.

Nothing is hard so it's a great place to warm up or just play.

some parts of it are great, and others make the good parts not so great...some berm action would be nice...maybe a little love for the chundery sections...

its a fun trail to just mach down as an easy way to head towards the joyride jump/drop park.

i plan to take lots of pics at crank it up in a couple weeks when we are there next. if someone else hasnt posted vid/pics up, ill do it.

the biggest jump on crank it up is about 8-10 feet

Sounds like fun, I will make sure to hit it up next time I am there

but fantastic is an awesome trail, its so much fun to just rip down through an open field

I don't know that they're wallrides as much as banks....the last one gets a bit steeper for sure though....the best berm is that first one....holy you can lay it down through that one!

Crank it up is alright. You have to hammer through it to get any speed or size off the jumps. And hammering through defeats the purpose of a worry free place for beginners to practice but I agree its a great stepping stone to bigger things and it is a nice warm up for the day tho.

It is supposed to be easy....if you are saying it is too easy, you should not be riding it. Go ride aline and the boneyard if you can.

Its a great rip, but yes it is too short. Some nice options for sure, I found it was great for practice. The step up to step down line was my favourite line through there. The wallrides were nice for practicing too but didnt do much for me. The flat landing off of the mini-box wasn't great, but there really isn't much to complain about. I can't wait until it is extended, having to take Fantastic down to the jump/drop area wasn't very enjoyable. Crank it up is still worth it though, especially if you are still learning.

No complaining that it's not steep enough, not fast enough, or not good enough, or not long enough.

It's Crank It Up Part I ! It's a blue! It's supposed to be that way!

I had so much fun on it yesterday (it is short, but they will build more. I would rather have them open it in stages than wait until it is all complete). The jumps and wall-rides are great for blue-level riders (i.e...me). Favorite run of the day Crank it Up -> Fantastic -> B-line -> Ho Chi Min -> Heart of Darkness, a little bit of everything (at a blue level :)). Gotta get back up there soon.

Yes i went too fast off of it. I have little skill and sometimes try to compensate with more speed...it's a sad life.

I did that with my little brother who is just learning and he has a great time! I like doing it with him to even though im a bit past that stage but still if you can do tricks off the wall rides and stuff its fun. The sad thing is I sprained my ankle before i even started the trail one of the times. Has any one manualed that little box yet i try but i can never get enought speed after those wallrides.

I find that box to be sketchy...nobody seems to do it well. I don't know why...

Everyone I saw was launching on to it but hitting their rear tire on the ramp, looked pretty awkward.

I found the box to be fine, it's just hard to flow into it because the trail is still slow. Wait for the dirt to pack down, then it will be faster/easier.

i didnt hit my wheel on the ramp, maybe your not going fast enough

Try to pop more? I don't know, but just booking it I didn't get it clean, I had to pick a slightly slower speed and use what little skill I have to pop up.
