Rose Hill Cleanup- July 20th.

Hey Rose riders.
There has been some recent incidents with some of the unmaintained stunts on Rose recently. The Rose residents would appriciate the cooperation of the community to clean up some of the mid trail. Meet at the Bicycle Cafe at 6pm if you are keen to help out fix or remove some unstable stunts.

Rode it today, the old crap has been dismantled, but still needs to be taken out.

However, now a new road has been pushed right into part of the trail as a result of the housing development near the top. Watch your speed just before the big clay wall, there's debris everywhere.

I'm glad the woodwork on Rose has been taken down, it was pretty messed up and didn't really make any sense for a trail like this.

My realtor up there said that Rose will be developed and joined up with Juniper Heights sometime in the not so distant future. Thus the trail will be directly in the way. Maybe the new bike park is the replacement?
