any body on these boards ride one of the switch frames? pros, cons? strength of the frames and how they perform in any riding situation would be cool to know.

it would be used for uphill, downhill, whistler, some dirt jumping.....would be ridden with a 7 inch slider.

thanks

I had an '03 Switch Ltd. and loved it, until I had to retire it because of a crack at the shock mount. I'm not sure if you're looking at a new or used Switch, but just so you know the RM warranty on freeride frames is one year and frame replacement can be somewhat expensive.

I was told my 05 RMX has 2 year warranty. Maybe switch is different.

^ That's great if they changed their warranty, but on their site, http://www.bikes.com/about/warranty.aspx , it says for downhill/freeride frames is "1 year limited."
