AutoStitch (http://www.cs.ubc.ca/~mbrown/autostitch/autostitch.html). Don't have the right photos to try it out but it looks pretty cool.

I use PhotoStitch that came with the canon camera, does a pretty decent job, not perfect though..
The files are rather large, click at your own risk (Click on the original size to get the full effect)

i just use the tools at my disposal in photoshop and stitch everything manually. i like to have total control :p
