Hey Gimpy, give that plate back, it's a temporary some organizer is looking for and Cycling BC billed him for it. Buy a licence and you get yer own number for keeps.

it has been raining for 3 weeks, and we still have snow where the half pipe was this winter, but it's 28 today. we are going up to assess if we can use the new section or stick with the old bottom section(probably use the old section). The course and trails are in great shape, the trail crew has repaired alot of water damage in the rock garden section of the race course, it is now a really big rock garden. Weather sounds great for the weekend 20ish and scattered showers.
New bottom section for the 4 cross is finished an looking sweet.
see ya on Friday.

what.. really? i had to pay for it i got it at the action quest last year they gave me the option of keeping it or giving it back and getting my $10...
so thats how that went.and action quest is over now..i didnt have any intentions of running away with a free plate or anything... and i bought my licence online a while ago and they said it was in the mail so i asked if it didnt get here on time then if i could use my old one...
but the course sounds rad..much pedaling compared to say penticton?
what kinda tires would be best there?

Pano 4X course is steep, but there is a new lower section this year that apparently requires some pedalling. The trail crew there work hard to improve things every year. Give it a try, you get 3 runs guaranteed in qualifying alone.

the weather is good, 18 today, forecast is 20 is all weekend, maybe showers sun. but you can't rely on the forecast out here things change by the hour. the course is tacky, rocky and ready for abuse.
