WHat the heck is this???
https://seasonpass.mountwashington.ca/xpass/
is it a seasons pass?
For $149 it says you get
FREE Summer 2006 Scenic Chairlift Rides
50% Off Summer 2006 Mountain Bike Tickets
20% Off food in any Mount Washington dining facility [minimum $5 purchase]
20% Off Mountain Bike Lessons
But does it do anything for this summer 2005? Or is that a screw up? Is it supposed to say 2005?

I'll be there with some North Island riders. Look for the Lucky riding socks.

Well I heard their head trailbuilder just quit. As far as I know the rest of the crew have not much of an idea what to do. I guess we'll see what happens.

The trail crew up there aren't exactly known for their stellar work. It's a shame really, because Washington could have TOP notch stuff. Upper management seem to think they already do. I guess when there is no competition on the island this is what happens. Oh well, lets hope. I tried to get on the trail crew and I was shut down pretty quick.

They even offered me to work for some passes and never called. Just bad management. I was just trying to fill a couple days with work which I already have so it doesn't matter, but the fact is they sort of blew it. Nothing new there.

well...look at it this way...you got more time to actually ride the trails. If you're up there next weekend look for a guy on blue team shore sportin a red 661 helmet...being a builder you deserve a free beverage on me.

Heh, thanks. I doubt you'll see me up there this year. The cost just doesn't justify the product in my opinion. Besides I have a lot of building to do this summer in other areas.
If you want to read something that made me howl read this.

World Cup? Not to squash someones goals, but when you hire a trail crew with 'looks' being one of the criteria, I doubt a World Cup is ever going to come your way.

ahh...just Like Vancouver and Indy....keep selling to the sanctioning body just on the beauty of the city and forget about the quality of the racing surface.....look where it got them.
