If anyone knows the pin number (DEBIT card), I'd be happy to buy dinner, but charging heli drops would just be wrong.

take it to the bank that it belongs to, and they'll find the right owner.

Chances are it's been cancelled and a new one issued already anyhow. Most banks can get you a new card within 48 hours - if they can't just pull out a new one, imprint it and activate it on the spot for you.

No name, and I'd rather cut it up. You're right, it's probably already been replaced.
