Odd Sighting On Hwy 1

Just remembered this......

Yesterday morning at around 6:30 I saw a guy riding either a Scream or Demo down the side of Hwy 1 between Gaglardi and Brunette.

It was silver with a 888.The guy was in the typical dirtbag sumer attire...no helmet....cut off track pant shorts and a t shirt.

If anyone lost a bike like this recently in this area...I may have been the last one to see it.

myabe he just spent all his money on a demo and can't afford nice clothes or a helmet, or it is stolen. i use to see a dude ride around new west a lot on a RM7 with monsters and all and he looked like a bum.

Thanks for the getting the word out. Hope that bike is in fact not stolen but with all the bike thieves out there lately, you can never be too sure or safe.

I saw a similar guy on Lougheed just before the Pitt River Bridge. I U-turned and followed him to the old Wild Duck Inn. When I approached him he ran away sans bike. I turned the bike over to the RCMP.

i used to see the same guy, at those little DJ's at hume park in new west
we were VERY close to beatin him down and taken the bike
but we werent really sure if he was a singin hobo or a stabin hobo!

i heard a rumour they cleaned up their act, altho i cant confirm that :o

i am pretty sure he never wore a hekmet, but it is a green flamed rm7 to be more prcise.
