come out for the next toonie race next thursday at 6:30 at buntzen lake.
they are super fun, relaxed, non-competitive races.

Yeah, I think they're all XC-ish races. Can anyone describe the course in a little more detail? I want to do it but my cardio is seriously lacking right now and I'll be on my one and only bike (Rampage). I don't care much about coming DFL but I also don't want to suffer the entire time :).
