Go to a bike shop.
Trying to figure out drivetrain issues over the net is harder than chinese math.

yeah but i still want the instalation guide because i like to take off all my parts to clean my bike and if it ever fucks up on me again i dont want to stay going to my bike shop because its not really local since there are only 3 places in malta i would go to and they are not that close.

I don't think there really is an installation guide for drivetrains.
You'll probably have to pick up a book or have someone show you.
Just go to your bike shop and pay for the service but see if you can stick around to watch the mechanic work on it while giving you pointers.
Beer ususally does the trick.

Well odds are if your old derailleur got ripped off, it most likely bent your hanger and you should get it straightened/replaced.

Exactly.......done this many times......never had them say no.....usually they`re very open to this....provided they aren`t swamped.

Just offer them a coffee....easy and cheap lesson

PS.....I wouldn`t be too surprized if your hanger is bent.....usually can`t really see it with your eyes.....atleast i can`t.
