The issue with the Trail Nazi has been addressed. Your making fun of it and ranting about how you would like him to die adds nothing to the resolution of the issue.

If you would like to continue your rant, it would be in your best interests to re-think your approach. Everyone is pissed about this, you seem to be mistaking responsibility for sharing and caring with the guy.

I am not ranting or lecturing (ie: "save the rant for your kids"). I am 25 and don't have kids. What have you done to try to stop this guy Bryce? Do you ride Cypress a lot? Why did it take you since November 11 when you registered to chime in on this issue? If you really do care about what he is doing on the trails, why don't you stop mocking our efforts to curb his actions and get on board and stop trying to be funny?

this thread was created as a joke by Bryce because he doesn't like it that we don't want to resort to violence to solve the trail nazi problem. he thinks that because aren't running over to the TN's hosue with baseball bats, we must support him. Truth is, we despise the TN's guts, but violence will only portray mountain bikers as more "dangerous" than we really are.

See the looks you get from hikers when you pass them on a trail? Imagine what they'd be like if we were known to attack people that disagreed with us.

All I know is if a stunt broke under my feet and I cracked a rib or raptured my spleen I'd sure wanna fucking crank the guy with somthing heavy. Then again I do believe in vigilantism to a certain degree.:o

IF someone does take it to court the evidence would never be enough to support it. Think of it this way....how many of you have acctually seen himmanufacturing one of his traps....did you have a camera at the time, and did you record it?

Surely an honourable judge would not take the voice of a bloody biker, claiming to have recieved injuries from a "manipulated" or "booby trapped" "stunt" (especially consitering this is already more than frowned upon on Cypress) to be presentated more honestly than that of a well off, well respected member of the british estates.

I'd love to see that Bastard sued and living only to rid his financial dues, begging bitterly at our feet, but in my mind that is far from a possible outcome.

If I have offended your possible scenario, as my outcome contridicts, I implore your pardon and ask for your opinion.

Nuff said. Totally agree. And actually, there have been sooo many threads on pro/con-TN bashing, that it is sometimes pretty boring reading other people's justifications why violence is the ULTIMATE solution to the insanity of a human being...it doesn't even make me angry any longer reading about how cool it would be beating people up, eventually braking/harming/killing somebody.

There is more to this than pure revenge.

Why don't a shitload of us boycott him?

I mean a full on parade around his house, with signs, with chants, hell NSMBA could sell hot dogs and have the proceeds go to a trail day.

It probably wouldn't do much but at least its somthing, we'd show him WE know WHO HE IS and WHAT HE DOES and if we wanted to we would show him we have the power to reverse rolls. Maybe scare him a little. With the attention we recieve from that I am sure someone would notice and our voice would be heard, rather than pissing and moaning on the internet. If you need someone to lead you I have no bike and wouldn't mind a camping trip.
