Wednesday night races starting mid May is what they are hoping for; so there will be a dig day before that to get the track ready. Yahoo!!!!

yup, the Cove is holding the races along with Gary at cycling bc. It'll be nice to actually race and have a track like that so close to home.

we can ride the course on Tuesdays; they'll be dropping the gates so that we can try it out or practice. Other than tues/wed, you be full on poachin

good to know, I rode it so much when they had it open to just mess around on. I also was there to fix it up last year, but now I can finally have a chance to race it. It is a shame that i only have a dh bike now.

With no BC cup 4x series, should the champion be crowned from the Cove races?

cove 4X will be open for racing tonight, (wednesday may 11) and every wednesday for the rest of summer. the track will also be open for practise every tuesday for the summer, (must be registered to race that week).

all racers need to be members of Cycling BC or any sacntioned club in the province. you MUST bring proof of membership to the track no exceptions. memberships can be purchased on site.

the track looks buff: a little soft, but buff.

thanks to everyone for their support and patience on this project, it has been a long time coming and i for one am very excited it is finally going to go.

practise starts at 4:00 and the first moto will go at 6:00

It's great to see this thing finally go off. 4x is an awesome sport that needs all the support it can get. If you have wheels and a licence, you should definitely hit this up.

$45 for club membership....covers insurance etc, and then its $10 a race.

the track is really coming together. lots of passing and very fun to ride. big props to john s for keeping the track dry and smooth.
