weekend bike trips

can anyone recommend some 3 day bike trips from vancouver, especially with free/cheap camping?

been looking at going out to port renfrew from victoria and camping at mystic beach or sombrio, but that involves bringing a pack to deal with the hike in. victoria-port angeles-port townsend looks good too, but the camping is all in state parks and is pay camping.

Check out Braelorne (north of Pemberton). I don't know details, but my sister's been on an amazing epic ride there.
