Kurt got my vote. 1) Excellent at tricks in the air 2) Did that huge Ord gap, so he can obviously huck big 3) Rode that extremely steep ****, which means he could ride utah/rampage type stuff well.

Garett is amazing for his age, but I don't think he can compete with some of these guys. Matt is also good, but his tricks and style aren't up to par with Kurt, IMO. Derek is good at low speed stuff and trials. But if you look at his highlights, which are basically trials, then it's not really that much ahead of other good trials riders.

I voted for Garret becuase his video was amazing. Great selction of music and perfect editting. Yeah I know it's not a video-judging contest but come on. In less than one minute we cannot get to know the real scope of ANY of these rider's' ability. They're all very talented and pretty much all worthy of big sponsorships so the only thing that the voters can distinguish between is the videos they submit for this contest. So maybe it is a video judging contest... Anyways, some pre-ride thoughts... See ya

second round vids were pretty solid - i'm sure raceface doesn't want to host massive files (vids in a larger format) - but it would be cool if they'd release a torrent of the fullscreen version - this type of competition is perforct for p2p

I liked Derek's slow speed stuff, but for some reason his vide left me wanting more...Kurt's got me wanting to ride.
