you need to express this concern in writing to the mayor of Chilliwack and other members of council. It is truly absurd, short term, old-school thinking that will jeopardize the environment needlessly. Here is the contact info

thats funny. they complained about the plant in the US that would end up polluting the valley but they wanna go ahead and put something else that will pollute the valley.
