I've recently broken my arm and possibly my wrist djing, however I want to get in shape so that the possiblity of racing is still there this summer. What excersizes and physical activities would you guys recommend to get in shape that I can do over the 3 months of no sports?

Put a bag over it and do some plyometrics in a pool, swim with a bag over it and try running in the water for excersise.

Best workouts come in the water, constant and intense resistance.

Set up a "pit area" in the old buck parking lot and tell all the riders coming down that they are missing the faster line down the trail.......tinker with your bike and spin on rollers while youre at it......these excersizes make you at least 10 seconds faster!

Go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week, get on a bike and push some weight around with your legs for an hour or so. It does a world of good but I hope you got the carbon caste. I wish I had thought of that so I could have saved myself the watery eyes everytime I scartched my nose.

Ride, just like Dustin Bryant [with one arm]

Cept if I fall, the impact will off set my bone and I'll have to have surgery and get a bunch of pins in my Elbow. Any decent impact will ofset it, resulting in surgery,

In addition to riding the trainer, try doing running hill sprints, or the same up long flights of stairs. Try it with ankle weights.;)
