hey guys a friend of mine was just showing me this new bike the Solution DH from clifcat its only 10lbs!

why cant more companys make a nice full on dh rig that light. full build on that bike would be under 40 lbs! :eek: . i think its great that bike companys can now bring the frames down 3 or 4 lbs and still be super strong what do you guys think? for any questions you can email clifcat at clifcat@earthlink.net .

hey, guys there is a price on the site. haha:D

go to the main site then Products then Solution DH.

if u go on the right hand side by all the text top right of it.
you see 2 arrows one going down and one up you can go down to the prices. click on the down arrow and hold it, it took me a sec to find it as well :D

thats a whole lot of tubing to be just 10lbs (with shock)....

be interested in seeeing one up close that pic isnt the best.

I'm with IFO....I think someone's scale may be a little off....unless those tubes are seriously pinner-wall.

Nelson....think Balfa BB7....same.

Looks like a mountain cycle 9.5 with a bb7 link plate. I like it tho

that looks like a 12 to 14 frame not 10 but if it is thats awesome

nothing to do with a BB7.

tankass look sweeter and sweeter

problem with that company is the design gets better and better each year... makes you want a new one. like buying a computers

ya boyboy, i had last years tanksass. and i didnt think it could get any better this years just blows me away.

they just keep comming up with better and better ideas every year :D

It should be VERY similar to a BB7. A single pivot approximately 7" up from the BB with an idler on the pivot for the chain.
Same with a BMW....
Same with the new Darkcycles frame...

Of course not identical, but very similar in function.

loopie, it has a steep rising rate. it has linkage. it's not a BB7.

yes, it uses a pully. it's a good logical idea.

From this angle, Dark Cycles, yes. Canfield F1, yes.

Boyboy - for the BB7 comment, I said it had similar link plates. But it does still remind me of a BB7.

edit: Not the linkage plates - I guess their torsion plates for side loads.
