I dunno about this. An Intense M3, with one of the brightest paint jobs, that I've ever seen...

What do you think?

I love the specs, too bad he blew the bike to shit with the "TORY LEE" paintjob and stickers. I would say the makert value of that 1500can now after that paint.

dude if you can chip a frame that bad from 15 runs at whistler you must:
A. fall alot
b. Hit things (trees, bikers,Big boulders)
c. or have your bike fall off the lift
d. All of the above

brodie, norco, lots of those cos have just shit paint. i have seen bikes pain just flake off with minor knocks. I suppose anything but powdercoat on mountainbikes isnt really suited for the abuses we put them through. sorry IFO. ;)

He must think it's some fancy road bike. If it was my bike, three quarters of the time that paint job would be under a thick layer of brown and black mud.

which, imo, looks better than any paint job.

Dont worry. I know the guy, he's fast.
I am not saying anything before seeing this bike in real life though..

Uh... i wish i could have that kind of riding gear next time when iīm standing in the podium.
Yep, that is a "little"bit different coloured bike than we have used to see. When i was building it, my idea was "to make a bike that can stand out in the croud" and i think i have succeeded pretty well with that (this 3 page discussion is a good example).
Even i donīt like all the colours in it, but right now itīs quite unique and iīm happy with it. For example there is ONLY 9 (!!) pairs of those golden middleburn cranks in the world!
Unfortunately you havenīt seen that ride in live. I can say that it looks much better in outdoor and good light conditions than those pictures. But still everyone doesnīt have to like it.

Here is one new picture about it and that medieval warrior standing in the back is me :D

The trick is to heat it up super hot with a blow dryer, and it gets all soft, and you can peel it off with tweezers in one go. It's near damn impossible without heat....

And what comes to that safety warning. Iīve tried to remove it with hair dryer, but itīs not hot enough. That f"#Ī%& warning plate is standing strong in there...
I will remove it asap.

hey medieval warrior dude, how do you like those tires? what kind of conditions do you use them for? are they the 2.35's ? I cant tell from here.

-andre
03-09-2005, 12:12 AM
Yeah, they are 2,35īs. ...and that is allmost all i can tell you about those.
This is first time iīm using intense tires. Before this iīve been riding with 2,25" michelin comp 16 s. They have allmost same pattern with those edges and I been using them as allround tires. I like the exelent side grip what they have, but rolling resistance could be smaller.
(most of my riding is downhill and extreme freeride)
