im sorry the first ones are brutal.. the last one's got potential.. i think you should ease up on the motion blur though and work on making the rider stand out more

In picture 3 if you added some vignetting (shaded corners) it might help bring the rider out more... I like the look... others don't, all opinions.

EDIT: if you want/don't mind, i'll show you what i mean with a quick edit on your last picture...

second one looks cool too !
but there should be more contrast in the greEn

first one , the green doesnīt look well because there aint any in the rest of the image and the rider isnīt recognizable because there are no borders left/ he isnīt cut out clean enough

One thing i would say is dont go quite so drastic with the effects

more artistic ideas will come to mind when you learn all about what photoshop has to offer, it looks like you are exploring the program alot already though, so keep it up.

I like the background on the second one, rider doesn't really go with it though.
