Someone should really invent ones with allen heads on the back. There's no way I know of other than hoping and holding with a screwdriver to get them out.

Anyone got any tips for getting them out when they're in tight and just keep spinning?

There is a special tool but try a crap pocket knife on edge in the slots.

Maybe for next time, you COULD put a piece of double sided sand paper with a hole in the middle (basically just a circle with a hole in it) between the bolt and the chainring or chainring tab. Mine personally don't spin on the backside because I roughed up the contact surface.
Hope this helps
Chris

Keefer, if this is on the saint, those bolts for the e13's tend to seize up... they were a pain in the ass to get undone the first time i did it.

Dammit Ian, haha, I noticed now. Any tips? Just keep given'r?

You also gave me 11 torx bolts, 2 $5 hayes brake bolts, and one of your chaintensioners in that little baggie. I tried taking a torx out from my Speedhoop... I put those in before I knew what grease and torque specs were, and before I let my bike rust into a giant piece of scrap metal :|

I gave you 2 bags of torx bolts... !... one with 5 and another with like 10... Then theres 2 hayse bolts... and look at the front brake,... its an adaptor with more hayse bolts!...

That uses a TORX fitting on both sides?! Why would they use Torx! That's even MORE confusing! You're sure its not allen key?

Dual sided allen bolt chainring bolts... someone should get on it!

I dunno about you guys, but torx more resistant to stripping than allen. I keep on hearing about people stripping out torx bolts, people must not be using their tools correctly.
