first person experience on the fox DH

Has anybody ridden it or bought it? Is it even out yet (besides factory teams, of course)?
I want one quite badly, but as a general rule, I don't buy first year products, although, it is Fox...

i was fortunate enough to take a short spin on one on seymour this summer. it was unreal for real. really... although you have to keep in mind it was a pre-production fork and it was dialled up by da man in charge at fox.

the end result is that it was certainly firing on all cylinders. it was stiff, light, plush, pimp, sick, blah, blah, blah. it made me feel unworthy. no detail was overlooked. all that you'd expect from a high-end fork from fox.

by the way, my point of reference is a dorado dh, which has also served me well.

Uh oh, IFO is getting a dh40 too? what am i gonna do. And yes it sucks that they dont come till mid feb :mad: , when US shops already have them. I think its gonna be an awsome fork, but only time will tell how good they actually are.

mine's on it's way. They are sayin early feb. My new bikes gonna be unreal. fox dh40, 05' dhr with remote res dhx, yada yada...

I can get mine whenever now, I dont think I round up the money for a dh40, but a 36 might be looking nice on the bullit.
