lol..havent seen this in a while.
first the opening was dealyed, then two days before opening it dumped, leaving 25cm at mid-station. another 5cm the day before opening. then it dumped on opening day too, forcing the road to be temporariliy closed until the plows got there. now its dumping again.
some 25 runs are open. :D
