Thats the risse lassen frame. Its been around for a while....

Named after the test mountaint hat risse tests their shocks on. Cromo front triangle, CNC Aluminum rear....

I had this inclination that it was a Risse frame for some reason (perhaps the Risse stickers :P). I agree it does look mint and a fun low ride.
