Im guna get a new bike soon and i want to know some gud bikes for $800-$1200 cdn.....im thinking of a norco bigfoot but i duno.

Check out the buy & sell. You'll get lots more bang per buck buying used at that price range.

ya the norco street 250 looks not bad, its the second line of the bikes u listed 4 sale
im lookin 4 the smallest size frame cuz im not that old

That 125 on the pinkbike one looks like a KILLER deal. $1200 and it's got Hayes hydros and XT rear D. Crazy.

I recomend the 2005 tacktic or 2004 125 both are really good bikes.

one of the only times i'll disagree with you..
in my mind a lower end hardtail will often be mistreated and suffer from poor maintenance, and thus wouldn't be best for a guy just getting into the sport.
that being said,you could look at all sorts of used bikes that are in great shape, but if the buyer doesn't know alot about bikes,it would be easy for a cheap or busted bike to get passed off to him unsuspectingly.
i recomend trying to pick up a brand new Norco or Kona hardtail.you will have less to worry about in the long run when you buy a new bike.you'll also have a shop to deal with if anything goes bad.
