after getting hurt twice on christmas break... it happened again!

after resting for a few weeks i got back onto the bike a few days ago. my knee was feeling pretty good, saying that almost all the fluid was gone from the previous incident on christmas break.

so yesterday a few buddies and i built a wallride down in an industrial area near my house. i was the first to try ,so i did a fakie wallride ( go straight up the wall and come down backwards). i did the wallrde fine but when rolling back down the hill i put my foot down and the force of me rolling backwards hyper-extended my knee and it poped out. i havent been in that much pain for a loooong time! its hard to walk, but ive been icing it alot and taking'r easy so i can be in top shape for the indoor show.

Good luck on the recovery man...
Take it easy and don't rush the recovery. Soft tissue damage can haunt you for the rest of your life. My dad has had surgery on both shoulders, one elbow, and both knees (one twice!) because of hockey injuries when he was my age.

Ice and rest!
