I believe Eric Sewell may have lent a hand in building it but i could be completely off.

John and Elliot
John's at UVic right now, and I think Elliot is still chilling in Van.
Really nice guys, both. I don't know how to get in touch with them though, since I'm not in Vic anymore.

While Elliott, Hugh, John and Darryl were the first to work on it their line stopped before the steeps began. They aren't responsible for continuing it down further and I'm not sure who is.
The original builders' work was really great but the lower stuff was just scrubbed in and someone built more stunts after the original stunts had been chain sawed and it was very weak.
I say give 'er Mark! Watch out for the Trail Nazi though - that's one of his favourite lines.

cool info, thanks cam. so how did you exit 5th before the steeps section was put in? was there a line that cut across to cherry and the roaches?
and one thing i can never figure out is why the nazi likes to hit 5th, it's not like it was ever a hiking trail and there are parts of it that are pretty dangerous to hike.
as for the building it's just gonna be some low key maintenance stuff as there are a few sections that are really getting pounded. there's also a couple muddy sections that need to be rocked in. and maybe i'll switchback those steep sections while i'm at it, they're just a bit too scary.

Hey, we're just ribbing you (and the whole board I guess) about silly grammar issues. It relates to your post because your post is just one big sentence.
But whatever...we all ride eh?
