Sweet rain. The long range forecast on the weather channel showed a mixed bag this week but wetter next week. We should be good for the season IF the forecast is right.

The amount of rain that fell was next to nothing. It doesn't penetrate the soil but only moistens the very top of the ground leaving the forests and everything just as fire prone as they were yesterday, don't be fooled. It takes at least a day of rain to really help the situation.
Still I hope it would rain..... really rain.

i don't think this rain even makes it to the soil... :(

I tried repairing some drainage but it was just fine dust. And my replanted ferns aren't doing well :<

ahhh beautiful,it's still drizzling out.
i love riding in the fall when it's always like this.theres nothing better than a ride where you freeze your fucking ass off, the forest is foggy then you finish things up with a nice warm coffee at the end of a ride.
summer riding is nice, and all but i much prefer the cooler wetter weather.

My ideal conditions are: overcast/ 18 -20 degrees/ with soil that is moist.... NOT MUD and the log rides are dry.
That is IDEAL.
