I didn't find this on the shore and I doubt this person is a rider, but if anyone knows a William Bagley from Ontario, I have his birth certificate. I found it after the fireworks on Saturday night along with $1 US and some cards. I'm just posting here because the VPD doesn't want to pick up their phone or something and it's pointless for me to call 911 for this...unless the numbers on there have all changed...ah, I'll try calling the cops again and at least ask them where I can drop off this stuff.

edit: Frick, it seems like the only way you get a cop's attention is by breaking the law or calling 911...*shrug* Oh well, not like this guy needs his birth certificate, right???

You should be able to report it online. Do a google search for vancouver police, and file a citizens report.

Well Im guessing he has it to cross the border. And since he has some American money, Im willing to bet that he is going to the states or has allready been there.

Ah fine, I'll just have to file one online then. THE VPD actually has a lost and found number, but no one's picking up. I called the switchboard and it's closed today. The only number I can reach is 911. But whatever, I'll do it online and take time to see what's up. There's a card with some contractor's number on it, I called that yesterday and no one has replied to me yet.

Jeez, this is so much work just to try to be the nice guy. I should've just left it on the street and have it be lost forever and just taken the cash. :D

Oh yeah, they won't let me do this either because it's an incident involving documents so I have to go to the fricking office to hand in the stuff....damn it...I'm going to mail all that stuff in and keep the money...shipping paid. :)

I'm 24, I don't need a fake ID. :) And I won't help you commit ID fraud.

It is, but this guy's birth certificate is younger than me. His last name is Bagley, my last name is Leung. I guess I could've been adopted.
