Well.. after a broken neck, a broken leg, and after the paramedics had to take a few trips down, they just didnt feel like hauling broken people out of the coulees.
Well, it was fun while it lasted, I'd like to say thanks to everyone who came out and built/road/snapped pics/filmed/and just hung out.

Just pay the paramedics a few snickers or whatever to keep the jumps on the low-down..

Or stop those who can't handle it from riding there.
From the sounds of it, the jumps were removed because who don't have the skills were getting hurt.

Eh I guess freak accidents happen though, everyone falls. Look at wade simmons, one of the best riders in the world and he busted his femur. Keep it a locals only thing, and if I were you I wouldn't post pics of it on the net, thats how others find out and ruin it.

hey hey, i take offense to that, and I'm sure Johnny would too. I broke my ankle/leg there and Johnny is the guy who did in his neck, and neither of us would be considered riders who don't have the skills to ride there, we both just happened to end up with minor screw ups that resulted in major injuries. I don't blame the jumps at all though. It was something that was completely my fault, and I'm living with that now, and that's life right.
Sorry Shrew....they were so close to your house....I feel guilty...

jumps are easy to rebuild once they have bene plowed, lol, we did that a few times at our place but they kept disapeering so we gave up after like 5 times.

Yeah it sucks they got torn down... but you guys can't say it was because of lack of skill.... A guy who has 25 X 35 foot road gaps dialed and then falls on a 10 foot dirt jump gap isn't lack of skill.. That's a freak accident... Same with Mikey.. an insanely good street rider and dirt jumper... Missed a wallride by like a few inches... It was just a bad luck thing.. no lack of skill...
And Mike don't worry about getting the jumps plowed... We found a better spot and can build the jumps in about 2 minutes... Yay for Bobcats.
