Over at bc place, Paul(Adam on the boards) Got a serious head injury at BC place, smacked his face, and was uncouncious for approxamatly 5 minutes, taken to VGH by ambulance.
So, hope he''ll recover. Good luck Paul.

Yeah, he called, and he's appearently A-OK with some battle scars and bruises!

Dirt is a little more forgiving...at least for me.;)
i rarely ever crash doing urban though. but i crash at least once a ride on the trail i think.
btw, nelson had the funniest bail last night, falling backwards onto his back and ass while upping onto an 8 inch ledge at the art gallery

Ouch! I've done something like that (Nelson's bail) on a dirt-gap before at speed. Front wheel goes way high and the rear stays flat. Thankfully, I had my Camelbak spine-protector on.
I don't crash as often doing urban as compared to the trails either, but when I do...well, let's just say I feel very fortunate up to this point. *knock on wood*:P

hmmm i seem to have a few bails on the urban... usually when my rear brake gives out in the middle of an abubaca... yeah, that just happened yesterday, backwards somersaults on concrete hills PWN.

OH man, that's terrible! I hope Paul's going to be okay! That totally blows...he's stepped it up a lot with the riding too and he rides so much. I really hope he gets better. At least you guys were around to help him out and he wasn't alone.

ahhhahahahahaha, ya, Nelson. Bail. Right in front of some ladies. Who I might add were really nice and not pissed at the Biker Gang type of Gong show. It sucks that Paul took a digger, hmmm I could have used my first aid kit... Ah well, much prayers of healing to the super guy!!:thepimp:
