So as some of you may remeber I had some bad expieriences with Bikeroom when building up my bike. Anyways, today I noticed that I was missing the bolt assembly for my x-7 rear derailleur (FUCK!), was the first thing that came to mind as I am going to Fernie on friday. I called up the local shops and no one had any idea what I was talking about or they didnt have any and wouldnt order me one. So I call up bikeroom, and talk to a super nice sales guy (Neal comes to mind :???: ) He helps me figure out which one I need and we get that all sorted out. I tell him I need it by Friday as I am leaving and he tells me that he wont have it till Thursday. I than ask if he could have it sent out overnight, to which he replies "sure". He plugs all the info in, and before I ask how much it will be to ship, he says "From the looks of it your a good customer so the shipping is on us"
