Ok, i just bought the new Snipes elemental frame, and i have 700 USD Dollars sitting here and i dont know what to buy. Is this enough to make a nice bike? Can i get a list of parts for a strong lightweight bike?

buy used stuff, cuz its gonna be used after a few rides anyway and its way cheaper. Just watch out for 'used up' or abused parts
