Riding in Salmon Arm or Sicamous

Does any body know how to hook up with some peeps to go for a ride up in Salmon Arm or Sicamous. I am going to be up in that area all next week and would like to take my bike so I can do some riding. I like riding the North Shore and Whistler so if there is any Downhilling happening up there please let me know.
