TDF individual time trial

The first individual time trial is next Wednesday and is a climb up L'Alpe D'Huez. It is only 15.5 km. but after an easy 1.5 km. start, the rest is a 13.8 km. climb at 7.9%.

Anybody want to take a guess what the fastest and slowest times will be?
