Handle bars?

I have a real dilemna right now. i need to find a handlebar with around 2 inches of rise that can be cut down to around 23-25 inches wide. Thay also need to fit a rear shifter, hayes brake lever and odi grips.

i thinking of the tioga Dh bar and the tioga cube stem because it is the same combo that john cowan uses and it looks farily short and strong.
