about 700$ or so is what u should expect to pay for a NEW one...

the fork requires a bit of lovin to get it "dialed"

not a big deal but considering what the fork costs its a easy way to get into a 7" DC fork...

:thepimp:

04 boXXer (http://www.bikeroom.com/Itemdesc.asp?CartId={2E4E6007-DA8C-4D34-9538-D7790FC5A497}&ic=FK4146&Tp=)

NSMB did a story on tuning the boXXer but i cant find it now...

i think they might be alittle cheaper than 700$. but personally, i would never ride one. they have so much rebound(unless you llike that). theyre also, like IFO said, hard to tune and even then, then dont feel that good to me. just my view, but yours may be different so you might inn fact like the fork

I like mine... u get what u pay for, but unless u weigh 65 pounds, your gonna need to put a firmer spring and or more/heavier oil

and mine feels great, with an extram firm and some more 10w... i weigh 175

from what i understand the plastic internals are plagued with creaking and knocking sounds... don't like the 888R?

my buddy has a rs boxxer race and the rebound internal broke and clunked on him. they say its a defect, but now hes outta riding for 2 weeks+

they feel the best on shore, compared to my old monster even! and are strong and light as hell.

go for it.
