it probably will cost way to much and will brake after one run down the mountain.

i haven't had any flats with my kendas and dh tubes, and i only had one flat with the rear high roller on my old bike - and that was when a nail went all the way through the tire, and even then it didn't go flat until i pulled it out.
basically, i don't think flats are a huge problem as long as you have tires with stiff sidewalls and dh tubes...
more of a problem if you're worried about the weight,
