steve hurt himself doing a bridge jump a couple days back... he dislocated his shoulder...he's dislocated and tore it before but hit the last time and now needs surgery...just want to send out some healing vibes to him and hope his recovery is fast...hope ur ripping soon buddy

My shoulder has dislocated over 10 times (and man it hurts) and I finally went to see Dr. Regan (UBC). 3 years post-op and my shoulder is great. Dr. Regan is the best in BC for shoulder surgery. Ask your doctor for a recommendation to see him!
