anyone know where there are some god riding spots, would the urban be good, for any of you who have gone down there? also, if so, do the cops get mad if you ride and then you can only ride, morning evening ect???

don't know much about Reno itself but if can get out of town. Then Lake Tahoe is only about 1/2 hour away and there's also good riding in Downieville with two shuttle services. I think one is www.yubaexpeditions or something like that. Also Nevada City is near there and I believe one of the Kranked vids was filmed there.

try very very hard to get to tahoe, extremely good riding on mount pluto, the northstar restort, lift accesed hard core dh trails. i have never ridden reno, but a half hour south i think there is a mediocre scene in carson city, i rode some place out there called like pine nuts or some shit like that. i managed to find some old old school motocross trails that were really fun and littered with old jumps and stuff, think that stuff like in return of the zeros.

I can't remember the name but there is a good shop in reno or carson that sells a lot of dh stuff, this was 2 years ago but they had turners and all sorts of hardcore gear.

but seriously, if u want local riding just go to a bike shop or two and get the low down, or if u can go to tahoe as much as you can, northstar is the shit, think whistler with boulders, it rocks.;)

btw if u get it watch a little reno 911, that will give you a good idea of what to expect there, think sleaze and gambling. reno is probably my least favorite city i have ever been too, and i have traveled quite a lot.
