Penticton Race This Weekend!?

I'm just wondering who is coming to the penticton DQ action quest race this weekend may 24 I believe (this upcoming monday)

Apparently they took out some of the extreme flat/uphill sections. It was only that top bit that was particularly bad, the middles section with the berms and jumps was always decent.

I did it last year and decided not to this year... I'm going away for the weekend instead.
I'll wait for the Bear Mtn and Hemlock races....

Hey, me and few buddies are doing a road trip to Penticton this weekend - ride all day, party all night. I didn't know there were races on.

What's the deal? Is there a web site?... I might enter just for laughs.

We've got a blue pick-up and an old white volvo with 5 dirty old men, looking out for a Bushpilot vanload of dirty old men.

i was just at the track yesterday there is only one section that dips down then up but the rest looks funn ill be there on my 02 marin with 02 boxxer red/black stickerd up helmet with a glued on purple visor with black fox shorts roach pad and dainese and complete with bronze spys oh and my number plate is 6517 !!!!! man im stoked im going up there in 30mins to go ride the corse a bit!

i just finished my practice runs today the corse is fast (as long as you pedal) there are some cool airs a rock garden rock dorp etc should make for an interesting race tomarow!!! Oh n Danny Brodie Brody's (i dono how to spell his name) pedal got stuck in my swing arm n it took about 20 mins to get it out of it (damn uhaul vans)

So THAT'S what was happening this weekend...I was in Pentiction just for a little family holiday, and I was sitting in Pizza Hut looking out the window and I swear, $50,000 worth of bikes passed my window. Then when we came back to our motel (Best Western) the Bow Cycle truck was sittin outside with two Norco Team DH's and a PDC Racing. Damn I wish I would've known :mad:
