riding in Salmon Arm?

were taking a trip up for my dads b-day on the long weekend and I dont want to just drink 4 days straight. how are the trails and are there any locals wanting to go for a ride?

I went down there last summer and skookum (the bike shop) had a weekly ride that I went on it was a good time definatly well worth it.
