need input: presenting mtn bike issue

hey guys im doing a presentation for my soci class and could use some input i have possibly overlooked. i want to present the problem the north and west vancouver districts have with mountain biking but dont have access to the past threads that talked about councilor christ and others about a month or so ago. the topics i need to cover are: social, political, economic, cultural and historical. i think im having the most problem with the cultural factor but the others im doing fine in. i already have some good ideas i want to talk about but i just want to make a strong and bold statement so any input would be appreciated. thanks.
