Anyone had experience with Enduro Seals. I recently purchased a set of these seals. Very simple to install and much stiffer wiper lips on the seal......no spring in the seal to keep the lip tight around the stanchion. My issue is that the seals seem to be so tight around the stantion that my Boxxer's actually have stiction for the first time ever. I am assuming that this will decrease with breakin. The wipers are also much stiffer and seem to seat much more tightly against the stanchions as well. They were also much cheaper than the Rockshox ones.
Have any of you used Graphite lube on your new seals to reduce stiction prior to breakin......I assume that this, though messy, would probably be ok and might work well since graphite should not harm the seal like petroleum products will.
Oh ya, I bought a set of what I thought was Enduro seals from Bikeroom. They have the same blue wipers and the seals are gray coloured, but the seals have springs in them like the conventional Boxxer seals. These did not seal worth a damn. 4 rides in and one was spewing oil. They were cheap but just did not last and I know seals since I have been doing seals on Boxxers for 4 years now.
