View Full Version : "location" info in a Pinkbike pic

Personally, I prefer to know the location where the pic was taken. NOT the place where the person submitting the pic lives.
Example:
Trail: Rosehill
Location: Spuzzum, BC
Rider: Joe Blow
Just a pet peeve of mine that I've seen get worse over the past yr in pics submitted at Pinkbike. Sure, it's probably one of those things that can be interpreted either way....but come on already...use the "location" slot or at least the description box to shed some light on what part of the world your pic is from.

I noticed this too, it pisses me off as well. pictures of bikes is fine (i dont give a crap where the pic of your bike was taken) but everything else is crap. the new pinkbike sucks:(

Loopie, the problem is the fact that with the registered users, it automatically puts the location as what you have set in your porfile thing.
