Does anyone know what local bike dealers carry Azonic. In particular I am looking for the Azonic Headlock.
When I say local, I mean Lower Mainland.
Thanks in advance.

Don't want to ovalize another headtube? I don't blame you.
Did you try High Gear? I think Floyd can get that stuff in.

Thanks Robot,
I did try High Gear but Floyd told me that they don't carry Azonic at all.
My headset on my Bullit is somehow coming loose. I run a Super T with the integrated stem and a King Headest.
I just want some addtional insurance.

I'm looking as well. Called JH yesterday, but they didn't have any. Neither did Cove, although Cove said they were looking to get some soon...

Isn't that a King headset? Perhaps the star-fangled nut thing isn't pressed deep enough into the steer tube of the Super?
Or the bottom race isn't seated properly?

You really don't need one of those...your headset should not be coming loose.
Few things to check...
1) the obvious...everything it tight.
2) the top cap. Has it bottomed out on the top edge of the steertube, such that you can only get the headset so tight? Check that and check it carefully...it can look deceiving. If that top cap is making any contact at all (even on the inside edge) with the steer tube, you will never snug it up. You might need another spacer under it.
3) star fangled. Is it working up out of the steer tube? This can happen. They get old and tired and like all of us, begin to fall apart. Check for scoring marks on the inside of the steertube to see if there are tracks indicating it has moved up.
That should cover it.
I've been running an integrated stem on a big ass fork for over a year and have never had to tighten my headset. You should be able to get set up the same without extra hardware.

All things have been checked and re checked.
Star nut is down far enough
Bottom race is seated
Everything 'seems' tight.
Top cap is not contacting the steerer tube.
From what I can tell, the star nut is not working its way out.
The only thing that I have not done is replaced the star nut.
I will give it another try, then I may break down and go to my LBS.
I may just be having a bad week or something. I will do a trail/bike prayer.
Forgive me father for I have sinned, it has been 11 days since my last day of trail work. I promise to the Cedar gods that I will split my rung thick and nail only into dead trees. Please grant me the strength to pile rocks and dig for gold dirt. For this I only seek trail Karma......Ahmen

Isnt a chronicaly loose head set more of a problem on single crown forks that have been jumped HARD?With a DC fork you got extra support from the top crown
the last stem I instaled had a plastic top cap ...which will keep the assembly together long enough for me to adjust the headset ,but I don't see what kind of support the top cap/starnut is gona give.Infact I am pretty sure I have pulled starnuts out just using the top cap/allen bolt.
I think perhaps some combos of steertube/stem don't hold tight enough
I had a titec/z-1 combo that always loosened off,Hedlock was the only thing that stopped the loosening.Logic would dictate You shouldnt need one BUT if you get a loose headset constantly get the Hedlock. If you don't get loose headsets don't bother ,all they do is add extra weight

I have found the problem.
My star nut decided it was time to die and self destructed.
I simply need a new star nut.
2 days ago it seemed fine. Today when I check, it is complete toast.
I guess my prayers were answered.
