i just got a Canon PowerShot A70 from a buddy and im wondering what program i can download so that i can load the pictures onto my computer. It would be good if the program worked with Nikon cameras also. Thanks for the help.

what did you buy a stolen camera cause my a80 came with software from Canon. If it was a ligitamite sale then he should have included the software. sounds stolen to me. Get the software from the seller or search downloads.com for free software. Ulead makes ok image software. also try arcsoft.

nice a 400 camera for a few ps2 games. your friend must be loaded. im guessing he got the camera from his parents. good score.
check downloads.com there is lots of free software there. You really need that disk from your buddy as it has the software for programming the camera. With out the canon software it just an average camera. The software is important in setting up the camera correctly. Check canons website maybe there is a download available.

like i said good score. but make your buddy find that disk and make it a condition of the sale. like i said that disk has the setup software for the camera which is all part of the upload program. enjoy
