I was charged for a subscription of Launch back in November. Based on info from a previous thread it sounds like Launch is dead and gone :mad:. Does anyone know of any recourse? Are the owned by any of the same companies that are starting up Decline or Flow so I could hit them up for a free subscription or my money back?

HOw much was it? If you have a receipt you could go through small claims court. I don't know what the fee is for filing a claim though.....may be more than what you'll get!

It's a tough business. And in many ways, freeriding is the worst business to be in. Some companies just have to fold up shop, despite taking money earlier. Nobody forcasts it. It's a shame too, because I heard they were just about to get a big US distributor.

no launch does not have any relations to decline or twentysix or road.
I think if u take it to court just the fees to file that claim for the "small claims kit" would cost you more than the subscription.

Yeah I think that going to court over it would be a waste, we don't need to clog our courts up with more small shit. Time to let it go.....:(

Yeah I'm torched but I don't need my $31.99 bad enough to go to court. What really fries me however is that my wife knows about it, which will now make it difficult to subscribe to Flow or Decline as she is rightfully suspicious that I would just be dumping more money down the drain. Those who think I should ignore her concerns don't have to try to keep a marriage together while raising five children. $32.00 buys alot of milk for breakfast.

buy the subscriptoin to decline pay cash or money order and tell your wife that you had your launch subscription transfered over.
