you mean crank flip?
Basically, have your good foot forward and slightly above horizontal, and kinda pull/flick the pedal backwards...
This was explained on the Dropin DVD by none other than Dylan Tremblay! (oooo, big pimp :thepimp: )

No i think he means peadle kicks..
When you're on your back wheel (or both for that matter) lower the front tire closer to the ground, then all at once quickly push down about 1/4 of a turn on your crank and hop. Because of this quick acceleration, your front tire will raise again.
My main piece of advice is practice.

Practice by getting the front wheel up and just being able to hold that position and getting comfortable on the rear wheel and hoping around, also do little pedal motions to move the bike forward. Once you can do that, start doing what Chirs said, but before you actually start hoping any real distance you need GOOD brakes because of the force that is put into the bike the bike actually comes out from underneath you. The brakes hold the position when you land and the momentum will stand you back up.

You also will not be wanting to run discs in the back, cause they will snap your disc tabs off.
