nope not all the time thats y he made it the way it is.....home made in Vic.....hes a wicked good rider to. Check out www.biketrials.ca i think its the thred one down...download it and check some local people out

Info about this disc brake....
The bike is made by Peyto Cycles here in Victoria BC, for Brett Mcoulough. He's broken a slew of frames so he had this custom frame and mount made so he could use disc brakes for trials and street. The craftmanship and design is truly amazing. Deffinitly one progressive design.

that rear disc tab design is awesome... very slick...
i bet that solves his rear disc tab breakage problem...
