View Full Version : .243 bottom bracket height?

Any ideas what the BB height of a .243 racing frame is? Im looking for a hardtail for use with a dual crown (7" SuperT and undecided on a 24" or 26" rear wheel) and do not want a towering high BB. Ive read it is 12" with a 5" forkalthough i dont know with what rear wheel. Any advice is appreciated.

I believe mines 13.5 with a 26" rear wheel.

what fork are you using?
Last year I had a 7" super and dual 2.6x26" (measuring 27")"for the shore.
The bb on that was about 14" ground to bb center.
